Effective date: August 6, 2026
Work Hub is a product of Project Helping Impact Labs. This policy explains, in plain language, how we handle information in the Work Hub web app and mobile app.
Our approach in one paragraph
We built Work Hub for mission-driven teams, and we handle your information the way we would want ours handled. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purpose — not now, not ever, for any reason. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not hand your information to data brokers. You can delete your account, and the information tied to it, at any time.
Who we are
Work Hub is operated by Project Helping Impact Labs. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, you can reach us at the contact address listed at the end of this page.
What information is in Work Hub
The only information in Work Hub is what you and your organization choose to put there. That includes:
- Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure, one-way hash).
- Profile information — anything you choose to add, such as a photo, role, or bio.
- Content you create — posts, comments, messages, group activity, documents and files, calendar entries, and form submissions.
- Basic technical information — the minimum needed to keep you signed in, deliver notifications, and keep the service secure and working correctly.
This information exists for one purpose only: to make Work Hub work for you and your organization. It is never repurposed, mined, monetized, or sold.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We never share your information with advertisers, ad networks, or data brokers.
- We never use your content or activity to build advertising or behavioral profiles.
- We never track you across other websites or apps.
- We never use your information for anything beyond operating and supporting Work Hub.
Deleting your account and your information
You can delete your account at any time, for any reason, directly from your account settings — no email request, no waiting period, and no explanation required. When you delete your account, your profile and the personal information associated with it are removed from Work Hub. Content you shared in a group or other shared space is deleted or disassociated from you. Deleted information may persist briefly in routine encrypted backups before those backups cycle out, and we may retain the minimum records we are legally required to keep.
You can also ask us to delete your information rather than doing it yourself, and we will take care of it for you.
Cookies and sign-in
We use only the cookies that are necessary to run the service: keeping you signed in, remembering your display preferences, and protecting against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Permissions in the mobile app
The Work Hub app asks for a permission only when a feature needs it — for example, access to your camera or photo library when you upload an image, or notification permission so you can receive alerts about your groups and messages. You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device settings, and Work Hub keeps working without them.
How we protect your information
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured infrastructure. Access is limited to the small number of people who need it to operate and support the service, and we use industry-standard safeguards to keep it that way. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat protecting your information as part of the product, not an afterthought.
Children
Work Hub is a members-only workplace and community tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time. Most of this you can do yourself from your account settings; for anything else, contact us and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA — we honor those requests regardless of where you are.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will let members know inside Work Hub.
